Welcome! As of December 2022 we have a new online booking system. The new system will make it easier to book appointments but does require you to register and set up a username and password to create an account. From your account you will be able to see your appointment history, upcoming appointments, pay invoices, as well as cancel and reschedule appointments.

*If you would like to schedule with a specific provider, click on their picture below to be directed to their schedule. If you don’t have a provider preference, you can click on the type of appointment and you will be directed to both David and Carli’s availability.

*If you plan to manage scheduling for multiple family members, you can do that by first creating an account for yourself, then following the prompt to add other family members. This will allow you to book appointments for several people from one login.

New Patients Fall 2024 While we are still accepting new clients, we are not scheduling new clients online at this time so we can ensure we have enough space in our schedule to meet our existing clients’ needs as well as knowing we have the space to carry out a treatment plan for any new clients coming in.
